The instructor then analyzes the e-mail that was submitted. The e-mail is not only corrected but tips on improving the sentence and the structure of the content are given.
In the next interaction with the instructor, the learner only has doubts regarding one sentence. In this way, the learner can either submit an essay, an e-mail for analysis or even submit a sentence to clarify any doubts.
The instructor gives detailed guidance to explain the query to the learner. If it is a grammatical doubt, the instructor gives a link from the i-osmosis Grammar Help so that the grammatical concept can be understood better.
At the end of the month, the instructor sends the learner a Monthly Learning Summary, which will inform the learner of the areas of improvement and also give suggestions for further improvement.

The learner submits an English essay/article that has been written in the past.

The instructor analyzes the sample writing and sends it to the learner as an attachment called "My English Level." The developmental areas are also discussed.

The learner goes through the analysis and writes to the instructor about what has been learnt. Another piece of writing, an e-mail in this example, is submitted for analysis.
