Payment |

| The details of payment information are sent to the e-mail address entered in the application form. The preferred day to submit the assignment and receive the evaluation is asked so that the schedule can be prepared. |

Schedule for the course is prepared |
 |
| The schedule is prepared keeping the preferred dates sent by the learner in mind. The learner is then required to fill out a questionnaire to help the instructor understand the English level of the learner. The learners applying for Business English e-mail course also need to choose their preferred topics. |

The course begins |

| The learner is sent the login details of his/her personal account on i-osmosis' Learner Management System called my.i-osmosis (MIO). Through MIO, the learner can view the topic, submit the assignment, download the evaluation, access the rseading material and interact with the instructor on a regular basis. |
